From the look of your den you have no hunters currently..?

Are you definitely ensuring their role is assigned on their pages first? And if so on the hunting page have you selected the tiles before you select the lions, and do the number of tiles match the number of lions you’re trying to send? That’s the main thing people stumble over - it won’t let you send out the hunt if the number of tiles don’t match the number of lions. They don’t need to be in hunting parties, if that makes it simpler. You just need to select any 5 tiles, and then select any 5 lions from the available list.

I’ve never heard of this kind of thing happening persistently to anyone before, so if none of that helps then I would strongly recommend making a bug report on the bug board, since it sounds like it just isn’t working as it should do for you, for whatever reason

Hey there, I checked your den and it doesn't look like any of your lionesses are set to hunters.
You can go to the hunting page and at the bottom there's a button that allows you to set all lionesses as hunters.

Or you can go to their individual pages and set them as hunters.
You don't need to put them in hunting parties to hunt, it just makes it a bit easier.

They did alter the system a few years back, which confused people a little at the time. They changed the way roles work (having to assign hunters is not an original feature), so it now allows you to choose some but not all of your lions to appear in the hunting list if you want, which is super convenient.

I have not been here for about 2 years. My fiance used to play but he died tragically so I left for a long time. Thanks for the help. I got confused because you can place diffent icons on your lioness and one is hunting. I thought that was how you changed to huntingl

I don't think they've changed anything? And even if they did, it's not a complicated process; make sure the're marked as hunters, select them, hunt. Done. It's been like this for the 2ish years I've played.

Also, you know you can buy food right from MB if you're that low on noms, right?

Edit: Ah, so they did change it for the better? There's nothing wrong with that, then. This system is perfect; I love it, personally.
