(Okay, thanks!) The visit was made bearable by breaking it up— half an hour with her mother, then some excuse. Not even a lie necessarily. This time Marlene really was hungry. On her way to the cafeteria she noticed one of the police outside another room. She didn’t look like she was on duty but either way... a treat couldn’t hurt. Marlene came back with a pair of coffees and donuts on a tray. Then she set out to get the hyena’s attention. “You look like you could use a distraction. Emerald grins. She was waiting for the guards to have the meeting. In her office,she had made a tiny camera,attached it to the tip of her badge,and never saw it again. She knew it was still there,except she had colored it yellowishgold to match the color of her badge. Why would spark attack Luca? Spark snarled. "Yes, he hated me. But he promised me something, and he gave me FULL PERMISSION to take his life should he not fulfill. Naw, I ain't never shot no one but him. Ronnie hummed in response, turning his head towards him and leaning back a little so he was face to face with the canine. His tail flicked back and forth lazily, dangling over him. ---- Dominique stepped out of her cruiser and into the parking lot, lifting one paw to shield her eyes from the sun. She stepped into the ZPD, the glass door swinging shut behind her. Today had been difficult, and she was honestly just ready to go home and sleep, but she needed to do some paperwork before tomorrow, which could potentially be a shitstorm, if she decided to speak to the whole team of officers. She sighed, entering her office and sitting down in her chair, learning back and letting herself take a few breaths before beginning on her paperwork for the night. 0 players like this post! Like? |
