What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have an item in my hoard with negative 6 uses. It cannot be selected or used, and counts negatively towards the total number of uses in the stack. I'm not sure when this issue occurred or what caused it, as I use Feed All Play All and don't use toys much, but it appears in my hoard and nesting material list. I cannot check if it also appears in lion's ammusement dropdown as my lionesses are currently full happiness.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Unknown, the item was noticed while I was nesting lionesses, and the item was listed as "Barn owl feather (-6 uses)" the item cannot be used as ammusement or nesting material.
