But, as humans advanced, so did the canines. Now being able to think for themselves and communicate with each other, their intelligence became almost human-like. Only one flaw, they can not speak our language. However, they can read it. Becoming intelligent was a problem for the Capitolists, so they told the dog's one lie. "We are your saviors."
