Dawn Base for the Celestial RaffleDawn Base Suggestion, based on the gorgeous Celestial Raffle Dawn eye color. Wanted a starry soft base that was not too unnatural or saturated, and thought these eyes would provide the perfect palette!  Would love to see this as a Celestial Raffle base (such as sunset, sunrise, celestial, ECT) because it's based on raffle eyes, but would be totally okay see it applied as staff sees fit. Thank you for looking! |

Oh my god, yes! Maybe red light/medium? I'd hate for it to be thrown into cream despite not truly fitting just because 'cream needs more bases' which I could totally see them doing with this one.  0 players like this post! Like? |
