What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
On June 25, 2020, I wanted to clean up my bookmarks a bit. I am on Chrome 83 on Chrome OS 13020, on a Samsung Chromebook Plus. Many of my old pinned bookmarks were unpinned. When I pinned them and deleted some, and changed some names, It freaked out. When I saved the changes, I had three bookmarks of the same name, which I had not changed them to. Many of my bookmarks that I wanted to stay were deleted. Then some of the bookmarks were automatically checked in the delete box, and some unpinned.
when I reopened the bookmarks tab I noticed three of my bookmarks were renamed to Clean arctic, my bookmark for my Alt account and my sister's account were missing, and bookmarks I wanted to delete were still there. I am positive I did not misclick, and I checked multiple times before I saved changes to make sure I didn't make mistakes. I also checked after to make sure the three duplicates were different links. They were different links, but their names were the same.
It is similar to this bug report [https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429349770] but different because it has more issues. I figured a separate bug report would be good.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I clicked on my bookmarks, taking me to this link: https://www.lioden.com/bookmarks.php
Then I changed one name of a bookmark, deleted 2-3 bookmarks, and pinned 1-2 bookmarks. Then I saved changes. when I reopened the bookmarks tab I noticed three of my bookmarks were renamed to Clean arctic, my bookmark for my Alt account and my sister's account were missing, and bookmarks I wanted to delete were still there. Some of the bookmarks were checked on delete by default.
