Furvié / Male / New Order / Guard / Location: Camp / Mentions: Hades, refers to Spitfire and Ash, open Fur yawned, his jowls stretching open and revealing sharp, yellowing canine teeth. His green and gold eyes flashed in the morning light, glowing from his shadowed sleeping spot under a plank of wood against an old, abandoned building that creaked in the wind. He slowly slid his way out from under it, standing to his full height, having been awakened by the scuffle and arguments of the other.. Felines. He huffed, stretching out his front legs and his thick, fluffy tail swished back and forth. He was annoyed but he had needed to be woken up anyways. He approached the group of cats he hadn’t really taken the time to get to know, so he didn’t know they’re names. He looked over them, scanning them, he knew the tom Hades was a guard, that was the only reason he knew of him, but still, Fur didn’t speak much to anyone but those in rank above him. He was newer to the New Order, having grown up in the innermost city with a bunch of outcasts and fighting for his right to live, his coat was scarred but his muscles still rippled as he moved. He walked his way to a tree and he stood up to his full length of a massive three feet and he scratched at the wood before jumping up, climbing up to the lowermost branches where he sat down comfortable, his claws digging into the bark beneath him as he steadied himself and he could a good guarding position. Ace of Spades / Female / Outlier / Location: Human Camp {Outskirts} / Mentions: None Ace had had a successful night hunting, and was currently carrying a small rat through the outskirts of a human camp. She feared humans, but they had human food, and human food brought rats and other creatures to hunt. With the sun rising like it was, and the cold chill in the air, her sleek coat was shining and fluffed up a tad to keep her warm. She froze though, hearing footsteps and human speech, harsh human speak. She swallowed and she dropped the limp rat onto the dirty grass below her for just a moment as her eyes gazed around the corner of the building. Her eyes flashed, *crap*. Humans had blocked her path this way and she lowered her tail, the tip of it flicking in annoyance and she picked up the rat carefully, backing up and she slipped through a hole in the wall nearby, slipping into the building and she glanced around, looking for a good place to settle down and have her breakfast. It would probably be the only thing she would eat in a couple days, so she was eager to finish it before other felines or even other creatures would steal it from her. 0 players like this post! He failed miserably but it didn’t bother him as the flies stayed away from his face now. “They come for the rotting bones we discard from our food, and the human trash as well.” He stated, looking at his fairly long claws. It wasn’t just his size that made him a good guard you know.. He heard padding from around him and turned in the direction of Fur, who said nothing and climbed to the lower branch of the tree. Hades sighed but called up to him. “Would you like to relax a bit this morning before you start working?” The black cat's head tilted to the side, waiting for a response from him. He wouldn’t bother Fur anymore if he didn’t give him an answer; however, he knew that tom was quiet and respected it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He wasn't one to rush his wake up process, so with a yawn the tom seated himself in a position where he could oversee the morning commotion happening within the camp. As his bobbed tail twitched idly, Amon was content with what was going on. Luckily this morning wasn't as hectic as if could get. The distant boom of two-legged weapons was still present, but at this point he found it to be like ambient sound. It was normal. Loki | Male | Outlier | location: outskirts of New Order territory | mentions: none, open The large tom found himself sneakily trotting down a dark alleyway, a small mouse gripped between his sharp fangs as he made his way through the city. He trotted with confidence, obviously knowing the layout of the war-torn city pretty well. He was quick to leap onto broke boxes, managing to climb up onto a fence that was barely standing up on it's own. His sharp amber eyes flicked outward, nose twitching as he caught whiffs of distant scents. Prey, human, cat all alike. He was closest to the New Order territory, he could tell by the familiar scents that blew in the wind. Loki had been an outlier for some time now, devoting him life to remembering the layout of the city and discovering every nook and cranny he could get into and out of. It was important for him to know the layout so he could make speedy escapes when needed. He jumped down from the fence with grace, large paws gripping at the gravel under him to steady himself once he was down from the fence. He needed to find a place where he could eat peacefully. An area where he could eat and wouldn't be interrupted by cats or humans or anything similar. His single ear stood tall, taking in all the noises the surrounded him until he finally he decided on a direction to go, heading closer towards the New Order territory. Sure, he could be pushing the boundaries a little, but that was his favorite pass time. Her bright blue eyes flicked open, pupils sharp and calculative, as she took a moment to familiarize herself with where she was. She sat up, stretching her thin legs and adjusting to the morning light. Ceres gave a big yawn, sharp, ivory fangs catching in the light and glinting. She looked over, tilting her head as she took in the sight of Artemis. "Good morning," she replied with a hum, gracefully prancing over from the den to come closer to the other she cat. "Did you sleep well?" She asked curiously, just wondering if she was doing alright. Ceres took a seat next to the taller she-cat, content with sharing the quiet moment with her. They were too noisy, annoying and just irritating to Artemis especially because she is quite jumpy. Bast | Male | New Order | Healer Location: Camp. Mentions: N/a, Open. Bast finally emerged from the entrance to his herb stashes, having to shimmy his large frame through the narrow opening. His bright eyes squinted at the sudden flood of light and he gave a slow, thoughtful, gaze towards the cats gathered about camp. The muffled thundering of the human's weapons in the distance caused his fur to stand on edge and the thought flashed across his mind that he could just go back inside the den to hide amongst his plants. 'No, I'm too busy to sulk about all day.' He finally stepped away from the comfort of the burrow and trailed through camp. His tufted ears twitched at the chatter of the other cats but he didn't stop to ponder over what they were saying. He wasn't the most favoured cat in New Order, after all. It was best to keep his distance. Eyes trained on the camp's entrance, he wanted to leave as soon as possible. However, the nagging pang of hunger was quick to remind him that he shouldn't leave just yet. He glanced towards the area where prey was stored and sighed, slowly turning to walk that way. Edelweiss | Female | Shattered Claws | Healer Location: Camp. Mentions: N/a, Open. The ghostly white she-cat sat quietly at the edge of camp, her green eyes glancing between the cats that were waking up for the morning. She coiled her bushy tail around her front paws as she waited idly by. The distant boom that echoed over camp didn't seem to faze her and she kept her gaze steadied on the others. Giving her head a gentle tilt, she rose to her feet and stretched the soreness out of her legs, clawless paws kneading at the ground. Having been sitting in the sun for some time, the hot rays were suddenly uncomfortable on her long coat. There was a constant echo of booms and sharp shots that all sounded like war. Ceres glanced over to see Ghost, watching as the healer turned and wished them a good morning. Her tail swished as another lound noise happened. She sighed why couldnt life just be normal? That was a question she often found herself asking. How she longed for those humans and loud noises to go away. To not have to worry about being attacked by humans when you leave camp. She looked away, eyes scanning camp as if she was searching for something. Perhaps the noise of gunfire. "I suppose they have. It seems as though the fighting has moved on." She replied after a moment of silence, turning her gaze back towards the other feline. "How are you this morning?" She asked, her voice gentle but attentive. This chaos could shake even the most steadfast of cats, and their leader was no difference. Spitfire | female (she/her) | New Order | Warrior | Location: New Order camp | Mentions: Ash, Furviè, Hades, Bast "Yeah, yeah..." Spitfire groaned, rolling her eyes as her tail stump twitch slightly. Whilst Hades was right and she probably should know better, well... It was more fun to pretend she didn't. She let off her prodding towards Ash though, as it really wasn't as fun when she was the only one finding entertainment in it. Perhaps she'd have to find a better audience. "I've seen you around Hades." The calico grinned, her chin lifting upwards at his comment about knowing who she was due to her troublemaking nature. Infamy was absolutely one of her life goals. She stayed quiet as the others discussed the bugs that were becoming quite an annoyance, her ears flicking occasionally to ward off any of the said flies that were hovering around her head. She nodded when the fact that the humans had trashed up the city came up, having come across and gone around several large piles of refuse dumps on her travels around New Order territory (and beyond). Her attention was dragged away as she heard the sound of another cat nearby, recognising the source of the noise as Furviè, another one of the guards she memorised. Hades beat her to a greeting as they watched the other tom make his way up to a lower branch of one of the old trees that hung around their encampment, but she couldn't resist chiming in when she noticed the huge cat seemed to be immediately attending to his guard duties. "What you don't want to hang out with us? We ain't fun enough for you, big guy?" She chirped, staring up at Furviè in his tree. Her attention was taken momentarily by Ash getting up and silently leaving, heading over to another cat that Spitfire guessed was a friend of hers, considering her body language as she padded up. "See you around then tiny- ah I mean Ash!" She called, perhaps pushing it a little bit further than she should, but the female didn't seem to react as she followed her companion towards the prey storage. Her attention turned back to Hades and Furviè in the tree, deciding that she'd hang around with the two more stoic cats for a while longer before she headed out for the day. 0 players like this post!
