It does the same thing when I retire my kings. All my pregnant lionesses will show the same thing. The cubs will be born with the father's name appearing where it should be.

Don't have much to add other than confirmation of what the others say. I've experienced before that after retiring my own king any lionesses in my own pride that were bred to him before retirement will show up as bred to #, and the # links to my current king & not the old one. But today I experienced this for the first time with an outside stud. He was also retired after studding my girl and thus she shows up it the # linking to my own current king, and not the other members former king or even current king for that matter....

It doesnt really mean the lioness is broken. It just means the stud you used to breed the lioness has retired before she could give birth. It cant be linked back to the retired king because it is now a normal lion, and it can't link back to the new king because it is a new lion. The cubs will be born stating who the father is from there. The reason the (#) links back to your king is because the link is "https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?mid=" which does not include a king ID, so it will automatically link back to the king tied to your account. So the lionesses themselves aren't broken. I hope this explains what is happening better.

I am not sure if this will be "fixed" or if it will just be this way. I am not an admin/mod but I wanted to help explain what is happening to the babes from experiencing it in the past.

Scourge_The_Monster (#396540) no, you do not waste money. The cubs are generated the second lioness is bred; this bug is merely a display error where it cannot show the lion's ID because he retired after breeding the lioness. The cubs are unaffected.
