Hi there! So I know my art style has changed a good bit, but something still seems...off. I’ve been using references(real life and art references), but something is still weird about my art and idk what it is! Maybe y’all can help me?

Here’s some of my most recent examples:

(Open in a new tab to see full quality!)

Now I want to STRESS that I am only looking for CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM! I don’t want y’all to be rude and say some mean things! I can take constructive criticism, so let me know how to improve...if you want to! 😊

I pretty much agree with everything said on this topic; however, you should also make sure to keep your lines more consistent! The different sizes (even for the same patches of fur) makes no sense and aren't "natural" if you get my drift.

I also recommend looking a bit more into anatomy. I'm not sure what breed these cats are, and facial structure for many breeds is key. General anatomy is good as well, of course.

@One Hell of a Mouse
Tbh I don’t even know what breed they are either 😂 The second one is my OC and I haven’t really I’ve them information yet! The first one is a friend of mine’s and I wasn’t given much information on him/her either!

But yes I was told in a discord server that line thickness was a big thing!

Thank you so much for the information though!!!!!
