Main Lion's Icon at Den Page

Main Lion's Icon appearing as an adolescent. The decors of said lion are appearing as it would on a female kind pose. (See screenshot)

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Alrighty so what happened was;
1. Main lion was already equipped with lab test frog and kind pose. Been this way for a few weeks now.
2. I proceeded to equip Eye of the Youth on the lion once I've purchased cub stages just recently.

The lion appeared as in the screenshot provided. There is no problem in the lion's page, but it definitely glitched on the den front page. It appeared as an adolescent, which didn't make sense as I didn't use Tiger's eye - and the decors were positioned where they would be for a kind posed lioness.

I had to remove lab test frog in the hopes that it'll do something, though there didn't seem to be any issues when it's a male. I've equipped it back, thinking it was just a temporary glitch, having to unfortunately sacrifice some uses. Though the issue is still there.

If possible, I would like to avoid having to remove the pose and not use a lab test frog.

I'm already familiar with main lions appearing as adults in the den icons when they've got any cub appearances equipped, but I don't believe I've seen something like this happen before.
