Not at all!! My suggestion is NOT to get rid of lab test frogs. It's so that you can change the pronouns they use in-game towards your main lion. So when you use a lab test frog, (Or don't) You can change the pronouns to fit to the looks of your main lion. Or! You can also leave them as male pronouns despite using a lab test frog, or change them to female despite not using a lab test frog. It's simply a setting.

This isn't in anyway phobic. But this is supposed to be a close to life (imo) of the actual lion prides. Males lead the prides, females hunt. Its more about the raw power the male lions have as well as their manes to use in a flashy manner to keep their wives so to speak. Where as the females talent is how they hunt in groups. It would get rid of some of the features the game itself has as well.

Wolvden is different as an alpha can be both male or female as its a sign of respect and power for the wolves. Its not hateful or spiteful on my part but the teams did put a lot of effort into the games making them the way they are. And I dont think adding extra lines of code for said idea especially since it took wolvden so long to be open to the public without prepurchase, is worth the stress of the coding. Sorry but even as a LGBTQ+ member I cannot support this for those reasons.

I repeat - This is NOT to make the lead lion an actual female!! This is just so that the PRONOUNS TO IT can be changed. It does not effect the game in ANY way!! It's simply for player preference! It's a SETTING that no one has to acknowledge if they don't want to because it'll automatically be set to male upon making your account. Again, I compare it to the Page Tip setting - You can turn that off or on. You don't have to acknowledge it's existence at all.
