I'm looking for a person who would do me cheap CSS code.

So I thought about it:
- my lion frame was round.
- the background was purple (similar in color to my main lion's wings).
- frame for text or photo.

It would also be nice to see the pattern / example of how you see it, as well as hints, because I haven't read it very well yet, best regards ^^.
