(you're seeing in color but the person your looking at has no color to them, Jek would be considered monochromatic as he has no color, Hyde is not as his eyes are yellow and he therefore has color, W.D. Gaster aka their dad or sometimes known as 'Mystery Man', is also monochromatic)

Sans: *He looked around but couldn't see what might have caused the defenses to trip* "You guys get back into the town, I think I forgot something in the woods" *He teleported a short distance into the woods and began to walk around, he had to save his energy, it took a lot of energy just to teleport such a short distance, he couldn't go very far, how inefficient, but he didn't mind, he kept walking deeper and deeper into the woods, hoping to find one of the mono-monsters, he wanted to talk to one, ask it questions, he was curious, he didn't actually forget anything, not this time anyways*

Papyrus: *He sighed, shook his head, and continued through the field, he looked up at the large dormant volcano in the distance, a place they had once called home... once a place filled with joy... now... only despair remains*

MoonWatcher was exploring hoping to find the gem when she started hearing foot steps heading towards her. As quickly as possible she jumped into a nearby bush peering out to see a Creature of sorts. Of course MoonWatcher was puzzled for she had never seen anything like it.

Sans: *He let his eyes return to normal, but kept the bone in his hand just in case, he was lazy, not trusting, his eyes seemed calm, his plastered smile relaxed slightly as well* "Well it's nice to meet ya, I'm Sans... Sans the Skeleton... I'm looking for 'mono-monsters' as Alphys calls them... well... used to... before..." *He lowered his head* "Anyways... sorry for going all defense on ya, I can't risk getting injured... if I do... well I'm dead... and... well, I'd rather be lazy and alive than lazy and a pile of dust... anyways, have you seen any weird creatures that are only in shades of gray, I'm trying to find one so I can ask it a few questions but... they always disappear into thin air every time I get close... I think they might be easily startled or something... or maybe they're just watching and don't wanna get caught... I don't know"

Sans: "Well it looks like we both need help... the mono-monsters are an odd type of creature... we don't quite know what happened... but they hold magic from years past... 66 to be exact... I was there... the core... it... malfunctioned so many things happened at once... the mono-monsters... they're a direct result of this accident... they seem to respond to the amalgamates with kindness but flee at the sight of anyone else... something happened to the two kids who had snuck into the room during the first test of the core... they stopped aging... this effect eventually wore off and they began to age again... but the damage had been done... the younger one could not remember anything that happened... and the older one would die with just one hit... if the mono-monsters are here... then... then we must have hope... hope that everyone in the accident survived in one way or another..."
