Wait idea (yes another one): In patrols, special herbs with effects maybe ones acting has crunchy worm (I want to clone Autumn if I get her and try to get one with giantism lol) or like things that make a chosen cat preform better in hunting or battles for several posts like 2-4 posts (making it so hunts can't fail or they can't get lethal wounds)

@Seal - with the way cat genetics work, a mother is more likely to pass on her looks to her sons, so crunchy worms-esque items aren't really needed, as it's already more likely that a son will be a clone of his mom feline wise :3
Other herbs tho that grant battle/patrol buffs would easily work tho! Especially since there are things like traveling herbs in canon that make it easier to travel further without eating anything :D

Wait now I'm curious 0.0, and what if someone never gets new cats, they just have a leader and only hunt, patrol etc? would you give them a cat automatically after a while?

@ilikeseals - so in order:
Like I said in the dm when you asked, you can enter for the next cat. The only time when you cannot enter after winning, is if the cat was a random name picker raffle, like the finals week cat probably will be :D So:
Writing/Drawing/etc contests: anyone can enter even after just winning
Raffles: If you won, you need to skip the next raffle.

So you could win a raffle, and enter the next contest, but you'd have to skip the next raffle.

If a person were to choose to just keep their leader, I'm probably not going to force any cats on them, unless they choose to talk to StarClan, and the splash text would be like "StarClan is concerned for your mental health what with being alone all the time. they've sent you a medicine cat" and hopefully that would kick the ball going for more cats, or it would just proceed with "any time ever you talk to StarClan, you're getting a cat."

So after literally leaving this to go work for four hours, I've deduced the following:
Your leaders have nine lives, they die and lose a life and come back. When your leader dies the final time, the deputy becomes leader, and yada yada. Basically: like canon.
