A Tail for a Tail is a dog survival game roleplay. In it you have to be careful who you trust if you want to survive. You will start out just wondering and meeting others for the first few days, then you will run into a few of Rui's followers. During that battle you will see who is truly on your side and who you might have to turn against. No one knows, you yourself might be a traitor... You find yourself suddenly standing in front of a large stone wall. It is covered with vines and moss. As you look into a hole in the wall you see a bit of movement from the other side. Curiosity gets the best of you and you slip through the hole. Once on the other side you see that a female white and red corgi staring at you. Her bright green eyes filled with joy. "Hello! You've been summoned here to complete a test of survival. You will find many others on the way. But not all of them are the ones you can trust. To escape from this place you will need to join with the ones that you do trust and work together to survive against the dark lord Rui. You will not face him yet because you must prepare yourself first. Now go and begin. Good luck my friend." She smiles at you then a mist begins to from around you. You fall asleep and awake to yourself surrounded by trees on all sides. You are stranded in the middle of nowhere now. Character SheetsView and Post Character Sheets 0 players like this post! Like? Taking note of the change in the heeler's voice, Rockie would only speak once he had changed back into a normal dog form, and her bleeding heart clenched at the pain in his voice. "I don't know how we are supposed to help you stranger, but whatever that thing is inside you, its dangerous, and if it wasn't for the threat of it infecting one of the others, more than one dog would agree that it would simply be better to put you out of your misery," she woofed, her tone gentle, yet firm, making sure he understood. She then glanced over at Jinx as she began casting about, looking for two other dogs. She remembered Rin, but she was not to sure who Onix was, neither did she know where either dog was. "Jinx, I think we should stay put for a bit, they may have been trying to find us, but we keep moving, lets give them a chance to catch up, and maybe you and Rose can howl every now and then to guide them since they know your voices" Rockie suggested. They also had several wounded, and needed to tend them. Taking the herbs offered, Ryder would offer Rose a charming smile full of gratitude. "Thank you sweetness, you're a life saver." he woofed, taking a moment to chew the herbs and apply them as instructed, sighing a bit in relief at the paste soothed his stinging injuries. "Ah, I don't think I caught your name, unless you prefer I keep calling you sweetness," the akita would chuckle, still addressing Rose. Sprite took multiple deep breaths, nodding. “Perhaps it would, but I don’t want anyone to suffer like this...” he whispered, then sat up slowly, and whined. His the streaks of colour in his eyes swirled eerily as he glanced around, squinting. “How many are here?” He asked quietly, managing to get shakily to his paws. Orange’s eyes would dart sideways to glance at the Akita. They wondered if he was a threat, like the poor scrap of a Heeler near Rockie. Orange gently ducked away from Bull and took a few steps towards the Akita, keeping their tail resting on Bullwinkle’s spine for comfort as they sniffed at the new dog for any scent like the vile one emanating from the Heeler. The Aussie’s two-tone gaze was glazed with pain from the bite marks around their throat, but they deduced that there was no offness about the Akita. 0 players like this post! Rin woke back up, staring at the night sky. she howled -"Guys..if any of you are still alive and well, and you're able to hear this, it's Rin currently howling, but me and Onix are okay..! We did come across a new dog though. His name is Taquito, and he seems pretty friendly. But that's all really, but..we're lost, and we cant find our way back..."- She finished howling, and whimpered, afraid that she and Onix might never make it back to the others. 0 players like this post! Onix was on his way back to Rin and Taquito, but then he saw the weird large shadows following him again. He paused and continued walking home. The shadows kept following him, and kept making loud noises behind him. "Come out, come out wherever you aaare..." Onix whispered under his breath. He grinned at the shadows and dropped the small bone he found. "Aren't you here to catch me?" Onix slowly walked around the shadows, laughing at every movement they made. Then he ran off into the opposite direction from Rin and Taquito. Onix kept taunting the mysterious shadow, and luring it away from his friends 0 players like this post! Like? |

//Why did this thread die?// Onix managed to get the shadows to stop tailing him, and kept running into the forest. He found a clearing after some time, and heard familiar noises. It was... Ares! I dunno// The smell of blood and meat wafted last Sprite’s snout and he leaned forward with a ravenous expression, clawing his way towards the deer and tearing huge strips off of it. same, but im not on often anymore so thats one reason ig// dunn shivered as a familiar smell wafted over him, there was danger but if he moved he would lose energy and transform back into the creature he was! there were strange dogs around him and he didnt feel safe. 0 players like this post! Sprite stopped eating, leaning in Dunn's direction. His nose twitched. "You smell," he sniffed, "odd." He crawled towards the other dog with a tired but curious expression. One of the heeler's twig-like limbs buckled with terrible crack and he whined, but got back up as if the snapped bone was nothing. Sprite let out a wheeze. "I do not know who Jinx is." He said, coughing. "And my name is irrelevant. Why do you smell like death?" He knew a similar scent clung to his broken and cursed body, though much stronger. The smell on this one was repressed, like an instinct shoved deep down. His blind eyes saw little, just shapes on a pale backdrop, but in his fractured view the dog was shadowed by a darker form. 0 players like this post! Like? |
