As the sun was beginning to rise, the sounds of chirping birds made their way into the warriors den. A soft sigh came from a small fluffy she-cat as she opened her eyes. She slowly rose to her feet, stretching and shaking out her fur. Puddletail made her way around the other sleeping warriors quietly and slipped out of the den. She sniffed at the small kill pile, a small frown on her face. 'We could use some more prey..'

the bright sun beams made the warrior wake up. vixen’spring, and average sized cat with fluffy light reddish fur and golden tortie markings. she stood up slowly, she guessed it was early in the morning because no one else seemed to be up. that’s when she noticed steps going out the warriors den, someone was up! vixen’spring smiled and padded outside too, her tail was high and a purr rumbled on her throat. ‘’ good morning! ‘’ she meowed in her usual kind, sweet and innocent voice to anyone who was outside the warriors den.

Lifting her head from her small meal, Puddletail's ears twitched. "Good morning." She purred happily. She was used to usually being the first one up and having finished her prey by the time anyone else woke, so it was a nice surprise to have company. "It's finally warm out after the long leaf-bare, so I thought I'd try to eat early and get starting on hunting. The frogs and lizards should start coming out of hibernation soon!" The small she-cat swished her tail back and forth, barely able to control her excitement.

vixen’spring scanned the excited warrior and smiled again. “ mhm! they should be out any second now! “ she purred. “ is anyone going hunting with you? because I have nothing to do, and we need food “ she pointed to the fresh kill pile with her tail, since a lot of animals hibernated in leaf-bare, the pile didn’t have as much prey as in other seasons. the light red and golden female sat down, her long, bushy tail curling around her paws.

"No one yet, I figured I'd wait for a few others to wake up before setting off. Plus I'd like to check in with Silverstar before leaving." She looked towards the warrior's den, hoping that another cat would show up soon.

Dapplewhisker emerged from the medicine den, and quickly spotted the two conversing She-cats. She quietly made her way over, careful to not startle them. "Good morning Vixenspring, good morning Puddletail. Are you two planning on going out soon? I'm low on Horsetail, Chervil, and Coltsfoot if you can find any that hasn't died off."

Puddletail looked towards her approaching sister, and chirped "Good morning Dapplewhisker!"

Sparrowheart groaned a little as he exited the warriors den
"Time for new bedding for sure"
The large tom chuckled lightly and looked around seeing if any of his other clanmates were up too his eyes stopped on the two conversing she cats and he padded over to them waving his tail

‘’ good morning ‘’ vixen’spring greeted her clan mates with a purr and a smile. ‘’ i We were planning to go out, i think. surely we can bring you back the herbs you need ‘’ the warrior dipped her head a bit in respect to the medicine cat. her attention now was on moth’light. ‘’ morning ‘’ she purred again and turned her head towards the shadowy spot. her eyes were sparkling, she loved kits. a chuckle came out of her when the kit landed on the warriors shoulders. ‘’ good morning, sparrow’heart ‘’ vixen’spring smiled.

"Your sure full of energy today geckokit"
He said looking at the kit with a brightness in his eyes
"Oh to be young again"
He complained lightly and laughed

swoop’blur sat outside the warriors den. the deputy nodded back to his leader as his tail curled around his paws. the silver tabby just scanned the camp, his only eye, of a dar brown, shined. the deputy was battle scarred, though he was not very old.
