What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
submale patrolling

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
A few times when patrolling a submale the patrol will be wordlessly cancelled. I'll send my guy on patrol and when I come back an hour later there's no notification that he finished and if I go to the patrol page it doesn't show me results and just lets me send him on another patrol. Hard to say if I'm getting rewards for these patrols or not, but I would guess "no." Not a great bug to encounter when trying to raise a statter! Thought it was my memory playing tricks on me the first time I encountered it but after running into it a few more times I feel confident something weird is going on with patrols.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Send male on patrol
2. Come back an hour later and sometimes the patrol terminates without notice or result
