What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I was crafting nesting material in the monkey business and i selected over 6 uses assuming it would just give me multiple nesting materials if i got enough uses, unfortunately it doesn't work that way and now im down on quite a few few feathers. And ik this because i tested it after i realized i didnt have as many nesting material as i should, im guessing not much can be done but any advice or anything would be helpful

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:

After realizing something was wrong i tested my theory and got the same results

Example: selecting 12 uses in total and clicking craft, you check your hoard and realize that you only have 1 nesting material and the 6 other materials are gone
