OTHER BASES MOVED HERE! guess who  I know certain bases aren’t for everyone and that is okay! Some people don’t like saturated bases and some do, while some love greyscale bases and some do not. Personally, I like Haliotis, Lilac, Protea, Nadir and Bushveld but don’t really like Chaos, Citrine, or Ice, everyone has different tastes. I’m just hoping to make a variety of bases for different people. The goal is not for you to love every single one on this list, but if you do then that’s great! here's another green base, based off of senegal feathers! so maybe crafted with them ? update: ADDED TO THE GAME  Name: Senegal, Limeade, Slime, Marsh/Marshland (open to suggestions!) Genetics: Cream Light Countershaded Special  Name: Neptune, Gelid, Maji, Frigid, Polar (open to suggestions) Genetics: Black Medium Countershaded Special  Combo Base: Glass or Opal x Haliotis or Hexaplex Name: Prism, Gamma, Spectrolite, Aura, Painted, Kaleidoscope (open to suggestions) Genetics: Black Light Countershaded Special  Name: Riot, Garnet, Terracotta, Glaze, Currant, Giza, Sangria, Beri, Black Cherry, Banksia, Kidney, Beet (open to suggestions!) Genetics: Red Light Solid Special  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Also, I love the Maziwa base so much it's so pretty and I wish it was used more (and I love mudstone so much) so I drew up some combo base ideas for it with some breed-only bases! The maneater base (moto) strikes me as like "Canyon" I live around the grand canyon area and that just stood out to me. Other possible names: Granite Fault Oxide Lithia (a root in the word lithification, which is the process in where sediment is turned to rock) Mojave (Mojave Desert) Jurassic (do do doo do doo do do doo do do-) First Base (pretty blue-purple one/Neptune): Hydrangea (I have a hydrangea plant that color!) Fjord (though more suited for a blue base with green hints) Indigo? (doesn't really match the eye color we have but hey...it matches the dye) Gamma Quasar Dawn Combo Base (eventide): Exoplanet Intergalactic Planetary (i had to i'm sorry) Centauri Andromeda Phenomena Prism base: Spectrum Party Aura Psychedelic Peyote Painted Paradise Toucan Loriini (a VERY colorful species of nectar-eating parrot, super cute!) Just gonna comment on the ones i feel like its necessary to uwu, i love all of em except the ones mentioned below! Prism: I really dislike this one, sorry. it seems like a hodge podge of colors that dont rlly go nicely together. I would like it more if it was similar to a rainbow, like haliotis. Moto: Not a fan of this one either, i feel like its too similar to bases we already have and i feel like the differing levels of saturation look.. off. I also feel like a lot of these suffer from the curse of yellow legs Also, felt like mentioning this, i love Neptune, Dusk, Catfish, and Tropical! 0 players like this post! I really love a lot of these! Especially the Purple and pink ones! Although, an add on to the Senegal base: I love parrots, and Sennies have almost a Yellow/Orange vest on them, so that’s be kinda cool to incorporate into the base design! To the people saying that these aren’t realistic: Are a lot of the bases on LD very realistic? Last time I checked, lions also don’t have stars on them, and yet here we are. 0 players like this post!
