are we allowed to make suggestions here? i feel like 5GB in “easy section” is kind of a lot for something supposedly easy for people. i understand it’s gifting for “rich” but it’s also difficult for some people to gift another person when the minimum for the easy GB is 5; then the thread ends up not going on for a while because no one will gift that person anything because the “easiest” thing they have on their list is 5GB. hopefully this makes sense.

i totally agree. this thread is “gifting for the rich” not “gifting for frivolous spenders” it’s even worse when people don’t put items or sumn besides breeding items to give instead of the 5+ GB

Thats the thing, Wishlists are wishlists and they arent supposed to be like, deathly strict and mandatory. If someone gifts you 2 Gb throwing a hissy fit and crying over it will not get you anything better. You dont HAVE to gift someone 5gb, Gifting 2 or 3 is completely fine. Its the bare minimum but still. What i mean by 'deathly strict' is say someone has '3+ roasted lambs' on their list and you only gift 2, That shouldnt result in a warning.

I got my ass chewed out by someone before for gifting something that they didn't feel was worth more than 3gb (I checked the branch price and it was at 4gb) so sometimes people can get snippy about their wishlists, even if you meet the thread minimums

Sorry guys, I’ve been busy again today. Fire, I’m sorry you had troubles with another user. And yes, you are allowed to make suggestions on here.

As for the gifting minimum, I do intend on keeping it as 2GB. I said 5GB is the max you can ask for in your easy section, because then it would be super difficult. If someone asks for 5GB, you in no means have to gift them that 5GB, as long as it abides by their wish list, and wishes.
You can gift them 2GB if they ask for 5GB, as long as the value does not go below 2GB.

Some people are picky with theirs lists and that’s why the gifting thread come to some kind of halt, but I feel most of the time, the thread comes to a halt when someone who “gifts bad” posts. Which is understandable. Either way, I try my best to gift people who are pickier, to keep things moving.

The 2GB minimum is set in place so we don’t have someone gifting say, a lion scrotum, and receiving cheap decor from this month. It’s set in place so everyone is being gifted fairly. I understand some users abuse the rules of the threads of these natures and skip out, but that’s exactly what I’m trying to prevent; users abusing these gifting threads.
