What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I've been on Lioden since before Wenet was introduced and have completed her storyline a few times over the years on this account. However, for some reason, the reptile roundup skin and level that are associated with that are showing as locked on my account when they were definitely unlocked before.

One notable thing that happened today is that I unlocked an unrelated level and skin set (the one for reaching level 16 with my lion). I wonder if that is somehow connected to the bug with Flowering Fields and the Egg Eater skin becoming locked again.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. My main lion reached level 16, unlocking the Mahgreb level and Atlas Mountain Viper skins
2. I went to Reptile Roundup and noticed that the Wenet skin and level were locked again
