What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
During an NPC battle, if I use the "Roar" option first and the opponent "seems unfazed" and deals damage, when I try to "Rest" immediately following, no health is restored and I lose the ability to rest. However, if the sequence of events goes "Roar", any other move, and then "Rest", the "Rest" works as intended and health is restored.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Example: (first discovered in Celestial Explore but I validated this in regular Explore as well)

You have entered a battle with a Leopard.
You let out a loud roar but the opponent seems unfazed.
The Leopard hits you for 7 damage.
You keep your distance.
The opponent keeps their distance.
[REST] is now grayed out and unable to be selected again.
