What about a simple decor with low chance of dropping when you choose Take in option?
Simple text commentary about how you fed them therefore helped them (maybe texts like call a kind member of your pride who's recently became a mother to feed this cub too; or finding some water and food for the lioness) and you get a decor with a happy grateful lioness and/or her cheerful cub
That can be easier to code than some claiming imo c: Also would be very cute~

That would be neat, I'd love the potential to get some decor.
Maybe have it as an option where if you choose the "evil" option you have a chance to get a decor of a dead lion, kind of like some of the existing decor where your lion wears a pelt, or the existing carcass decors.
And if you take the option to help them, you have a chance to get a decor of like "grateful lioness" or "saved cub," something like that.

It is a very sad interaction but it is the reality of a drought. However, I think there should be a small chance to be able to adopt it without it dying.
