Of course! For caves I use

a[href$="ID"]>div.cave-grid>img {
content: url('URL')!important;
}

And for mounds I use

.mound-grid img {
background: url('URL');
width: 0;
height: 0;
padding-top: 80px;
padding-right: 130px;
}

By the way, this is for CSS, as in you use a template or start from scratch and you add them into the code (I use Notepad++ for making CSS), so if you're trying to add it directly into your territory info like HTML, it won't work
