What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I spent a decent amount of time creating a good looking thread, replacing all BB, NF, and SoD abbreviations with images using the correct coding. Using the preview function, it works great. Looks as intended. But, then when I posted it, it is absolutely broken and cuts out entire pieces of the thread. Maybe I am just bad at coding, but I cannot figure out why it is doing this.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Inserting an image, in some places, completely voids any words after the image. In other replaces, only the last image works, voiding any words between the images.

Again, maybe I'm just bad at coding, but the discrepancy between preview and post is what has me so confused.

If asked, I can provide my coding so that you can replicate it yourself.
