(NOTICE: please don’t post here, if you have anything you want to comment on, please message me, thanks!)

This will be a pride similar to the series My Pride. The naming, deities, beliefs, and traditions will all be similar, if not exactly, like the ones in My Pride.

Deities:
-Sunce the Trickster: she is the goddess of wrath, life, and the sun
-Cansu the Wanderer: she is the goddess of travels, wisdom, and rain
-Asra the Guardian: she is the goddess of mercy, death, and the moon

Naming:
-The mane of the Pride will have their name followed by mane. Ex: Proudmane, Starmane
-Huntresses will be named after their abilities once they become adults. Younger lionesses will be nameless. Ex: Powerstrike, Farleap, Silentstalk
-Young males will be given a name, but must be chased once their mane starts to grow in. A dice will be rolled to determine if they wish to challenge their father for the Pride. If so, another dice will be rolled to determine who will win the battle. Whoever loses is to be chased. Ex: Fire, Spark

Traditions:
-Before a lioness can take a role within the Pride, she must find her familiar. This familiar is another animal that accompanies her throughout her hunts or helps her care for the cubs. This expedition begins when she reaches one year of age and continues until she finds her familiar. It usually lasts until she reaches two years, but can last as long as her third year of life. For a lion, he usually only finds his familiar when he manages to get a pride of his own.

Update by Night Flower

Many lionesses have decided to leave the Pride on account of our new leader and the food shortages. A few have taken their cubs as well, and I wish them the best of luck with finding a welcoming home. There aren't many prides who are willing to take in another Mane's cubs. However, Quail Mane hasn't bred with any of the lionesses yet and I can tell that he feels a little uneasy with leading a thinning Pride. But I, along with Elder Hunt Chief Gold Star, feel that the Pride needs to become smaller in order to actually sustain itself. No pride can hunt enough to feed as many mouths as we used to have. With fewer lionesses, we will be able to work better collectively to bring down more prey and we should still have plenty left overs.
