hello, today i purchased a lioness from the trading center for 1400sb but then the game rolled over and she disappeared and so did my Sb. shes nowhere to be found in my den. i already created a ticked in the modbox and they told me to contact you. this was their reply, maybe itll help:

i bought the trade right before roll over while my internet was lagging a bit, so i refreshed the page a few times because it kept saying error unable to load and then the rollover came and when i looked for the lioness, she wasnt there and my money all gone.
