What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I got this lioness from a giveaway weeks ago and she was on a breeding cooldown. She finally got into heat but when I decided to have her breed to a stud, it says she already has one pending. I went to check all over my inbox but I can't find anything that shows that she has one pending.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Got lioness from giveaway weeks ago
2.Lioness was on breeding cooldown when I got her
3.After a few weeks she went into heat
4.I found a stud I liked and made sure I had everything for it
5. Sent the stud request
6. Received a message saying that my lioness already has a stud request pending
7. I checked through everything and she doesn't have one pending
