TERMS OF SERVICE
ADOPTABLES - TOS - QUEUE - MY LION'S PRIDE

GENERAL INFO

• I don't give out my Discord for commissions. Contact will be through Lioden and upon request through FurAffinity, or Toyhou.se if so desired by the commissioner.

• I avoid most social media like the plague. The only place you can casually find me not doing art is on my personal Tumblr (ask)

• My services are provided and worked on after my real-life work. Please note that art, at times, can be done quickly or very slowly.

• Full payment must be sent 24 hours after a commission is accepted OR winner/owner is announced.

• I will never ask for your payment information via comments or public posts. Such information will always be reserved to private messages (PMs).

• I will not sell a $ commission to a minor. I do not care if you have your guardian's permission, the answer will always be no.




FOR COMMISSIONS

• My art style may not fit your characters appearance, some characters look better in my style than others, be aware of this please.

• I will do minor changes and edits to the commission if I had gotten something wrong (i.e a missing marking, wrong color, etc.) but I will not completely alter or change the image in a major way.

• I'm a canine artist. However my ability to draw other creatures may differentiate despite being able to do them.

• For Pet Portraits: I will need at the very least 2-3 images of your pet, preferably one of them in either natural lighting OR a separate image with their colors that I can grab from.

• The only types of commissions I will never offer are linearts and uncolored sketches. This is due to personal reasons and wish to avoid the repetition of similar events if I can avoid them.




FOR YOUR CHARACTER HERE (YCH)

• Complexity fees will always apply.

• When giving you a total, I will make it my responsibility to describe what amount I am charging and why. (i.e. fur/manes, complexity, additions, etc)

• I will usually send a message asking for your approval before starting lineart to make sure all is well.

• All YCH auctions I make end either when AB is declared OR 12/24 Hours pass after the last bid.





FOR ADOPTABLES

• Designs that end in Toyhou.se (NECR0AM) require my username to appear as the designer. Any other site that is not Toyhou.se will display my FurAffinity (NECR0AM) as the designer. No exceptions.

• Do not sell my designs for more than what you bought them for unless extra art pieces are present.

• All adoptable auctions I make end either when AB is declared OR 12/24 hours pass after the last bid.

• Every adopt I make includes a transparent version, be sure to let me know if I forget yours.

• Once you have ownership over a design of mine I do not mind how or what you draw them with.
