By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service and are held 100% liable for breaking those terms.

Pricing
My art prices are subject to change based on how my skill level grows as an artist, I will keep my prices fair, however, keep in mind that artists deserve to make a livable wage, and you are paying for the time and skill that we have spent years to perfect.
The prices I have listed are the minimum for that commission type, Complex characters, multiple characters, and complicated requests may increase the price. Feel free to ask for a quote and I would be happy to provide.

Payment
I can use Paypal or Cashapp to accept USD payments as of right now.
I take payment upfront. I do not work on unpaid commissions, I will only do payment plans for those that are necessary (40+ dollars)
I will always prioritize USD commissions over non-USD commissions, so make sure to check and see if I am accepting alternative payments below.

Refunds
I do not issue refunds once I have started your order. If you would like to cancel your order before I have begun working on it, I will refund you and remove you from the queue. Once the art is completed, refunds will not be given unless I have made a grave mistake on your commissioned piece and either I am unable to redo it or you are not interested in a redone commission.

Commercial Rights
While the completed art piece you commissioned does belong to you, you may not profit from my art in any way, shape, or form. This includes selling prints, stickers, or other merch with my art on it. This applies regardless of your ownership of the character in the image. In addition you are in no way allowed to remove my signature or claim that the art was created by you.

Suggestive Content
I do offer suggestive content, however, you MUST be 18 years or older to order this from me, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NFTs
I will never participate in the buying or selling of NFTs and strictly prohibit my art from being bought or sold as NFTs.
