What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Submitting Custom Decor What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. I have attempted to submit a custom decor through the custom decor item 3x now, as I first believed it was a connection issue. My connection has been fine since. I've tried it on different days. It does not submit properly. Used Xylax's guide to submission. The item is never consumed. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? https://www.lioden.com/issue.php?id=0 This is the link that is meant to be to my custom decor ticket. Any screenshots you can provide us with? https://images2.imgbox.com/6e/82/dkf7UkN9_o.jpg Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: I fill out all fields in the custom decor menu, and then submit it. It takes ages to load and the browser goes white, then black. It gives me the notification that it has been successfully submitted and that I'd be contacted if it were rejected, or receive 3 copies upon being accepted. I attempted to follow the link to monitor its status. It does not take me to a ticket.  0 players like this post! Like? |

Out of curiosity, where are you getting that link from? Anything with an id of 0 is going to be a broken link. Also, can you post all the image links here? I feel like they may be timing out during the processing portion, though that should give an error rather than any type of success message. One thing you might try is uploading them to another host (maybe Imgur), and seeing if that works any better. I am curious to view the links as they are on imgbox.com, though. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Link is from the notification received upon submission when it tells you where to view your ticket. Each time, it only ever brought up the broken link. I can drop the image links.
