What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
The January Storyline

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I've been checking Laharu's daily quests every day but Novel 3 Chapter 1 was supposed to unlock almost a week ago and it still won't unlock. I finished Novel 2 completely, now when I go to check with Laharu he will just give me a daily quest instead of progressing the story. I'm starting to get worried that I won't be able to finish the storyline at this rate. :( Please help!

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I would go to the event button on the drop down menu, click the lone wanderer, and Laharu's daily quests would pop up instead of the storyline. Even after completing the quests and rolling over, the issue still persisted. After rolling over and going back to the January storyline, Laharu's quests would just reset and give me a new one instead of the storyline. It is still like this as of right now.
