Just to add- The appaloosa doesnt have to be black and white but the roans are based on the color if that makes sense?, Edit- I changed it to mutation ideas, since i like the idea of appaloosa being a pie variant, so maybe? I definitely cant draw but what about horse coats? Leopard app, Blanket app, etc? You already have tovero and overo stuff! so u could always do more? I would also like to add in Roan colors? (Blue, Red, etc) Heres a couple of pics of them: If u can draw these as lions, please do it lol The roans could be like dabble and brindle, and if the appaloosas are markings apps maybe like the blue point one with spots? This probably fits better in the markings category! I think these could be cool! Maybe some kind of RMA exclusive like zebra & quagga? As for roan, there’s already a roan marking in the game- I do think a second version of it with more cover could be cool though (roan heavy?)  1 player likes this post! Like? |

Yes! I like the roan heavy idea as i havent seen anything dark enough to be considered roan for horses lol Do i change the category? I think the RMA exclusive would be great! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think changing the category would be a good call unless you’re suggesting a base & not markings, but yeah I think we could use some more covering markings like that! I think the closest we have to that currently might be white reverse vitiligo mash, which is cool but not quite it haha 0 players like this post! Like? |

The way I'd personally impliment is having a "Roan" marking type similar to Dapple and Brindle thats just a white ticked covering on the body,,, making some super quick mockups a second :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh fuck yeah, we already have dorsal stripe markings though so I imagine it'd be best added in the form of "dun points" or something like that, a leg marking resembling the leg markings of dun horses. I think it could be a good idea to split up the appaloosa coat colors into a piebald type while roan, dun points and perhaps rabicano marks stay markings. I don't quite see the point in having appaloosa be a marking type since we already have fawn and English spots 0 players like this post! Ooo i would love a piebald version of the apps! since overo and tovero are pies? i dont like the idea of having them as marks either honestly, i like the base version I wanna keep dun, roan, etc as markings though since dorsal stripe is already a thing 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think appy/roan as bases would be limiting the potential of them, they ARE markings irl too after all! The Variety of base colorations would be done dirty by limiting it to the ammount of bases that could be reasonable to impliment     some more examples of the absolute variety of appaloosa coats, which I love way too much to limit to one or two bases  0 players like this post!
