What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I don't receive any error, but I logged in this morning to try and claim a cub from the giving tree, but it said i already took one today. My userlog states I haven't taken a cub today, screenshots below.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

I simply did a rollover and it did not allow me to pick up my daily cub from the giving tree.
