Perhaps they could be the character that replaces Paion after his death?

For context: The group was originally made up of Thalia, Paion, and then Thallo and two other people joined, shortly after this, (6 months), Paion was killed by a pack of creatures after the group had an unlucky run in with them, and then someone else took his place. This friendship only lasted for a year before the group was separated by another attack of several packs of creatures, and they were all scattered across different places— Thallo, where the attacks took place, in ruins, Thalia ran off to the woods, and the rest of the group also separated to other places surrounding the ruins.

Could I add a list in character sheets of NPCS that will be making an appearance in my character’s stories in the future?

For example, Thalia’s mother, Amber, one of the founders of the Haven Thalia comes from, Aether, and Thallo’s older sister? And, later on in the story, they could become actual characters if I’m fine with it, I just want them to have dialogue with my characters while not being so important they have their own character sheet / description.

If not, then it’s fine, I just wanted to know so I could possibly organize my more unimportant characters better.
