What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Mut repped my king to be polycaudal. He had a blue question mark on the immediately right after this.

Applied Lab Test Frog which got rid of it, and then Eye of Youth which made it messed up all over again. My king is showing as adolescent in the icon now, with the decors scrambled everywhere which looks pretty bad.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I feel like these may be 2 separate issues.

Issue #1:
-Gave king a polycaudal heir, kept original king's markings.
-He had a blue question mark on his icon and maybe his page (I don't remember)
-Applying Lab Test Frog fixed this, so the issue is on the male lion base.

Issue #2:
-Applied Eye of the Youth onto my king so he will appear in Cub Young stage.
-Icon on my page and in battles shows him as an adolescent, with blue question mark and completely scrambled decors.
