The Goal of Project Phoenix.
Project Phoenix, also know as project rebirth, has a noble goal- to recreate a raffle lioness lost to the endless void of history. And that raffle lioness is the March 19, 2019 raffle lioness. While she is still alive, she is on an inaccessible account and has no clones. Please note that this project was inspired by many other user's raffle lioness recreation projects, and also that I have no claim to this raffle lioness design. Also note that I will not be recreating her mutation. With that being said, onto the logistics!

The Markings

Four out of the ten markings found on the 3.29.19 raffle lioness can be applied.
~The marking bloodborne vitiligo in slot one can be applied using the bloodborne stains applicator, which can be purchased during the October event for 140 blood beetles.
~The markings henna siamese in slot six and onyx ear backs in slot nine can be applied during the November event for 30 piety.
~The marking onyx paw carving in slot eight can be applied via the oasis's marking applicator.

The other six markings cannot be applied through the use of any applicator
~The marking white lace in slot two is fairly common, but there are no living studs with it in that slot, making it more difficult to breed
~The marking dim red in slot three, onyx crackle in slot five, and onyx domino in slot seven are fairly common and there are a some living studs with them in that slot.
~The marking feline six ginger in slot four is very rare and there is only one stud living with it in that slot, making it very difficult to breed.
~The marking white underfelt in slot ten is very common and there are a lot of living studs with it in that slot, making it easy to breed.

TL;DR
Feline 6 Ginger in slot 4 (★★★★★)
White Lace in slot 2 (★★★★⚝)
Dim red in slot 3, onyx crackle in slot 5, and onyx domino in slot 7 (★★★⚝⚝)
White underfelt in slot 10, henna siamese in slot 6, and onyx ear backs in slot 9 (★★⚝⚝⚝)
Bloodborne vitiligo in slot 1 and onyx paw carving in slot 8 (★⚝⚝⚝⚝)

How you can help

Items I'll be using

Item image/description
--------------------------------------------------

Grain of Paradise
Use this on your main male to
guarantee a minimum of 2 cubs in
his next immediate breeding.
--------------------------------------------------

Buffalo Scrotum
Use this on your main male to
guarantee a minimum of 3 cubs in
his next immediate breeding.
--------------------------------------------------

Ochre Gnawrock
Give this to your chosen lion/stud to make
their next litter inherit one marking of your
choice. Their offspring will inherit the marking
in the same slot with the same opacity as the
parent. Can only be used once per parent per breeding.
--------------------------------------------------------

Upon use, a lioness's next breeding will have a 25%
chance to duplicate the mother's looks onto 1 cub
from the litter. This item will not copy mutations.

How they're important to this project
--------------------------------------------------------

Grains of Paradise can be used to greatly
speed up this project. Through guaranteeing more than
one cub, it can increase the chances of a cub being born
with the markings that are necessary for recreating a raffle
lioness, especially if an older lioness with one
of the rarer markings is being bred.

--------------------------------------------------

Buffalo scrotums, like grains of paradise,
can be used to greatly speed up this project.
Through guaranteeing more than one cub, it
can increase the chances of a cub being born
with the markings that are necessary for
recreating a raffle lioness, especially if an
older lioness with one of the rarer markings
is being bred.

--------------------------------------------------------

Ochre Gnawrocks can be important to this
project because they guarantee that a selected
marking will pass onto cubs. This means that if a
rarer certain marking is having trouble passing, an
Ochre Gnawrock would guarantee that marking to
pass.

--------------------------------------------------------

Crunchy worms can be used once a clone of the
raffle lioness has been produced, and are not
very useful in most stages of the project. However,
when I'm trying to crown my raffle lioness clone,
they may become much more necessary.

Gold beetles and silver beetles
This project is NOT A CHEAP PROJECT. While it may seem simple enough in theory, the amount of gb and sb that has to be spent on purchasing lions and supplies, stud fees, and king replacements is very high. Any donations of gb or sb would be very much appreciated but not expected at all!

Lion donations
Currently, I'm looking for lions that fit the following criteria:
-Red color group base (preferably light and countershaded too)
-AT LEAST ONE of the following markings: White lace slot 2, dim red slot 3, *feline 6 ginger slot 4*, onyx crackle slot 5, onyx domino slot 7, or white underfelt slot 10.
If you have any lions that meet both of those criteria, feel free to post here or pm me about price! I'm willing to pay in sb, gb, and certain items.

THE PLAN

-Phase One-
The beginnings
Planned start-end: April-November

1. Buy all lionesses with at least one desired marking
2. Breed lionesses to a stud with another desired marking
3. Repeat steps 1-2 with the next generation
4. Repeat step three until a lioness has six desired markings and correct base
5. Move on to phase 2 once you reach a lioness with 6 desired markings and correct base

-Phase Two-
The applications
Planned start-end: November-November

1. Apply bloodborne vitiligo to slot one
2. Using piety in November, apply henna siamese to slot 6
3. Using piety in November, apply onyx ear backs to slot 9
4. Using the oasis marking applicator, apply onyx paw carving to slot 8
5. Move on to phase three

-Phase Three- [subject to change]
The replacements
Planned Start-End: November-January

1. King the new raffle lioness clone, who is inbred
2. Heritage replace the raffle lioness clone king
3. Mass breed markingless ncls until another raffle lioness clone is produced
4. New raffle lioness clone marks the end of the project as she can be cloned indefinitely

Thank you so much! I'm going to do an update in a couple of days with the progress I've made so far.

Also let's pretend that it didn't take me like hours to do all of this html xD

Pffft, I definitely feel you on that! I threw all the details for my own recreation project in a Document. Then I decided it'd be easier to post it here on Lioden. It took me so long to fix up the HTML, it was a pain haha.

Just wanted to update everyone on this thread with some of the progress!
In the last couple of days, I purchased more lions with the correct markings and managed to snag this lioness with one of the rarer markings along with the correct base.

https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794190302939

I also bought both of her cubs who had the same marking in the same slot, although neither had the fiery base.

I have high hopes for this project, especially with some of the lionesses I purchased coming into heat soon. Although I don't even have a lioness with two of the markings, I have high hopes, especially because I technically only need to get six markings and the base, as the rest of them can be applied. So yeah!

Please note that the lionesses so far section is not entirely accurate, and I will be updating soon. Still on the lookout for lionesses with any of the markings, thank you all for the support so far though!

Woah that’s great! I’ve been checking nonstop for any cubbins for trade with the base shade and any of the markings, but I’ve had no luck so far sadly

@Nova
Wow, that's amazingly kind of you! Some of these markings seem to be very rare though, so sometimes I have to utilize search for the rarest markings. But yeah, definitely let me know if you find anything.

@Angel
Feel free to pm me about them anyway, I'm not worried about gen at all until I king my first project king. The plan is to attempt to get a cub with around four correct markings and the right base (or at least base shade and stuff) and then king and heritage replace them. That's a LOT of gb though, so it may be a bit. So yeah, heritage doesn't matter to me in this phase much.

Just wanted to give a quick update to everyone: the first litter of this project has been born, however, the cub was a dud and had none of the markings. The biggest problem for me so far has been finding studs that have the markings/bases I'm looking for, but once I get a 2-3 correct marking cub I plan on kinging them to make my job easier.

Also I plan on updating the project lion section of this page today to be more accurate with the lions I've acquired.
