I'm sorry people I try as hard as I can but I can't see any transphobia in my text, I'll be thankful if someone can explain where they think there is... My character is not transgender but male gender and just doesn't look as a stereotypical male. In the end it makes no difference at all for the person who really want to claim him anyway even if they thought he was a female at first, which means no matter how he looks or what his gender is, the player loves him as he is and want him so bad in his clan. It seems the opposite of discrimination to me. And no, of course the purpose was not offending trans people or anyone else intentionally, I regret some readers saw transphobia in here... 9 players like this post! Like? |

i understand why it was seen as transphobic, even though the creator did not intend it to be. people view things differently and take them differently, no matter what the original intention was. panthea, basically what people saw is the stereotypical “beautiful female is actually a MALE in disguise?! a trap!” type of deal. i know that this clearly was not your intentions and that you are not a transphobic person, but i see why people (including myself) thought that the writing had a transphobic underlining. /lh i appreciate you coming out and talking about the reasoning for your writing. at least for me, it helped clear up your intentions, though the way it is worded is pretty off i feel like. 9 players like this post! essentially what jay said. it's easily construed as the entire joke/plot twist being 'that pretty girl is a man,' and there's not much substance behind that. whether the main male is supportive of it or not, it's harmful when the punchline is, 'he's a guy after all in disguise!!' 9 players like this post!
