Previewing dynamic bgs in Wardrobe

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When previewing dynamic backgrounds in the Wardrobe during wet season, the background preview shows the background in its dry season state. Seems to be happening with all dynamic backgrounds. Day/night previews work normally.

I would be interested in buying some dynamic backgrounds for my leader, but I would like to be able to preview them first to see what they look like during all seasons and times of day.

(I couldn't find any posts about this, so I assume it has gone unnoticed. But let me know if it isn't a bug/is a feature that's being worked on, and I'll mark this thread to be deleted.)

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Go to Wardrobe during wet season
2. Select any dynamic background
3. Dynamic background is shown in its dry season state, day/night state works normally, though
