Lioness heat and breeding

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have a lioness (ID #794188494630) who is in heat and tried to reverse breed her with a friend's main male (ID #435240). They had enough money and materials to send the request, and I checked their male had plenty of energy when trying to breed. However, when accepting the breeding request, I got the message, "You cannot breed a lioness who is currently unavailable."
She is not on a hunt, she doesn't have the hunter role at all, and I didn't use any additional breeding items on her. Additionally, I think she has been on her second day of heat for three days now. The number of days she has left in heat isn't going down. Is it possible the game thinks she is simultaneously in heat and not in heat?

Device model: Lenovo V130-15ikb
OS: Windows Home 10 Version 21H2
Browser: Google Chrome version 112 and 113 (I updated my browser to see if it fixed it. It did not haha)

I don't know honestly. Other people in the forums suggested it's a bug to do with her previous owner having her reverse breeding turned on, I guess when she was sold to me and it's glitched out?

I turned on reverse breeding.
My friend requested to breed their main male with her.
Accepting the request once worked - but the breeding failed.
I accepted the request again to try again but got the error that she was not available. This happened every attempt since.
