If you're looking for advice on which would would be studded to more often, I can't really say. Players' taste varies widely.

You should probably pick one whose cubs YOU will like more! Maybe spend a few SB on the scrying stone and copypasting a standard plain NCL ID into the lioness box, and alternate between your heir and your king's IDs as the stud. Whichever makes more appealing cubs wins?

Ultimately you might get tired of either of them after a few months, which is ok. Tastes change quickly sometimes. It's happened to me before :p

It highly depends on how you like to play! Low stats can make battling harder, but you could always improve them with giant tortoises, honeycomb, etc. That can cost a lot of beetles, though. But hey, not everyone cares about battling and that’s fine, too.

Your king’s appearance is also not set in stone even after they’re crowned! I gave mine a new base, mane color, skin color, new markings, and mane shape! So an heir you don’t consider aesthetically great right now can always be added to with event bases and apps, for example!

Ultimately, whichever lion you like the most should be your king.
