"I don't think these will ever make me feel at home." I sighed and stared at the items. My home is now long gone, and the people who I considered family are also gone. I picked up one of the items and ran my fingers over it. It did remind me of home, but it made me feel even more homesick.

I nodded. I understood what the robot was trying to do, but it didn't work out too well. I sighed and picked at my nails. I wondered if we would be safe if we stayed.

I walk into the plat room and sit for a while, I read it in a book that if you meditate in a quiet room more thoughts would come. So I sat twirling a vine around my hand.

I pinched myself, making sure I wasn't in a dream; it felt weird being back inside a sort of homey place. I didn't say anything as the robot walked away.

"What if.......hmmmmm" I stood grabbing as many plants as I could I brought them all out into the living room and started to decorate, placing large plants on the floor glowing ones somewhere it would look pleasing and so on.

I stared as the robot seemed to start decorating. I was about to say something, but I stopped myself. If the robot was distracted enough, I could slip out. A knot formed in my throat—was it guilt or longing?

I stepped back looking at my master pice, I let out a small sigh of pleasure before looking at the rest of the house. Now in a cleaning mood I smile and start to tidy things up.

As the robot started cleaning, I stood up and slowly made my way towards the door. Before opening it, I checked my pockets, and I realized I had lost something important. As panic started setting in, I started hyperventilating. I needed it. I don't think I could live without it.

I glanced over at the human seeing them panic I stop cleaning, "Hey everything ok?" He looked up and stood, somthing still in his hand he set it down on the nearest surface and took a step towards the human, "Are you scared?"

I quickly shook my head, still franticly searching my pockets. "Where is it?!" I looked over at the robot, my thoughts of leaving having faded. I couldn't have lost it. My hands shook from panic, I continued to hyperventilating not being able to form any words.
