What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When I explore, exploring works normal at first, but at some point nothing happens anymore, when I click on the explore button. The button is not greyed out. After I refresh the page exploring works normal until it happens again. It happens in Shrubland (Zone L2-5). I’m not sure if it is only there or in other zones too, as I am currently only exploring there.
My device is iPad Air (4th generation).
The operating system is iPadOS version 16.5.
My browser is Safari.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

I am not sure how exactly it happened. It happens while I explore as usual.
