What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have the quest for the granite stone through Anubis. “The Snake uncovered a very precious piece of granite. It's covered in very ancient spells that could help both Thoth and me use our vessels much better. Let's find it!“

Twice now I have come across the stone in explore, and when I select the button to examine it, it goes straight to a blank explore page like I had skipped it and just loaded the page. When I went to the event page both times, it had not registered me having completed the quest

Get the quest —> explore until I come across the event encounter —>select button in explore to complete the quest—> Have it not work
