Oil Spill Base idea

So, little warning, this is a Colorful base! So, ik many would dislike it for that, i am atm, mostly sharing it because i spent a couple of hours just making a pretty thing

So heres my idea!

This Base could be a combo between Demiurge and Prismatic, or an applicator base from July (due to a colorful theme) or March (Because of the human activity in the event!)
