What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Applying markings on lions

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
While trying to use the new Applicator: Neutron Markings the drop down menu doesnt expand into the lion/marking slot/marking choice/opacity of marking options making it unable to apply any markings to any lions.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Clicking the Applicator: Neutron Markings in hoard to apply them to a lion, the bug should appear upon clicking the item.
