What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I do think this is a bug but when I do celestial explore my energy is depleting the thing I am using is the Meteorite shards which still can work without energy.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
It makes it when I am going to do the normal explore I wouldn't have any because when i was doing the celestial explore it has consumed my energy though it can work with out energy as it uses the meteorite shards as fuel.

I go to the event page and click the Celestial Explore, when I click the explore button my energy goes down with it but even if my energy is at zero it still works as it uses the Meteorite shards
