What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have given over 30 uses of food to Apollyon for his quest to give him 6x food items for him and Menhit to survive yet my progress bar remains at 3 and when I leave the page and go back to the quest it always drops to 2 so I start giving more food items but it won't rise above 3

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. I got the quest to give Apollyon six food items
2. I select one item and give it to him, repeating this six times when I notice it hasn't risen above three
3. I give more food items to make sure it's a game error
4. I leave the page and then go back to it
5. I see that the progress has dropped from three to two
6. I proceed to give many more food items with many uses to see if it will rise again or if it just needed extra
7. It still doesn't rise above three
8. I close my web browser, then my phone off then on and come back to the quest page
9. Same thing happens, my progress won't rise above three
