What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
An item in my flood pit is not assigned under any Tier. The Botswana Floodplains do not have a tier whereas the other items do.

When I generated a new Flood Pit after reset the BG showed up under no assigned tier.
