Reindeer Hollow

You're riding through the snow when your horse trips. As you and your equine friend plummet from the trail where you had been riding, you spot something a bit funny-looking below you. After hitting a soft bed of snow, you're happy to see that neither you nor your horse is hurt. Suddenly, you hear a voice.



"Hello, human. What brings you here?"

You're stunned by this.. creature. It looks like some sort of weird horse-reindeer hybrid. You answer that you had fallen and that you'd like to find a way back to the trail where you had been riding.

The creature replies in a voice that is both human and horse-like, giving you the directions to go back to the trail. As you turn to walk way, you hear its voice once more: "wait!" You turn back to look at the creature. It whinnies, "I need your help."

It steps forward, "I'm Reina, the queen around these parts. The hollow where I and my subjects live is getting a bit crowded, and while we could find another hollow to live, I would prefer that only some of us leave instead. After all, a big migration, especially during this harsh weather, will lead to many deaths. So, if you will, please do us a favor and take some of my subjects. Take good care of them, for they are dear. They will not be able to talk, like me, but they will carry the same appearance. Some may even have festive coats, for those holidays you humans celebrate."

EXPLORE
Reina gestures with her head, "go on, explore the hollow. You may take one of my subjects each time.. maybe you might even come across a noble."

You ask Reina what her coat color would be categorized as and she snorts in amusement, "I figured you would ask, human. Well, if you must know, I have a common coat, and, though a little more complex than others, it does not qualify as nobel coat."
